ViaFect™ Transfection Reagent is a novel formulation reagent designed to efficiently introduce DNA into a wide variety of cell lines. ViaFect™ Transfection Reagent has performed in commonly used adherent cell models and also in cells lines traditionally thought of as difficult to transfect such as suspension cells and stem cell-derived lines. This gentle, low-toxicity reagent allows cells to stay healthy and metabolically active during transfection-based experiments and offers an easy-to-use protocol that does not require removal of serum or culture medium prior to use.

Nano-Glo® Luciferase Assay System Nano-Glo® Luciferase Assay System(Nano-Glo® 萤光素酶检测系统)使用简单,仅需一个加样步骤,即能在 NanoLuc® 萤光素酶作用下产生辉光型信号,发光信号在常用培养基中的半衰期大约为 120 分钟。该试剂由 Nano-Glo® Luciferase Assay Substrate(Nano-Glo® 萤光素酶检测底物)和 Nano-Glo® Luciferase Assay Buffer(Nano-Glo® 萤光素酶检测缓冲液)混合而成,并含有完整的裂解缓冲液成分,可以直接用于检测表达 NanoLuc® 萤光素酶的细胞或检测分泌了萤光素酶的培养基。

Dual-Luciferase® Reporter Assay System Dual-Luciferase® Reporter(DLR™)Assay System(Dual-Luciferase® 双萤光素酶报告基因检测系统)为双报告基因检测提供有效的手段。在 DLR™ 检测中,萤火虫(Photinus pyralis)萤光素酶和海肾(Renilla reniformis)萤光素酶的活性可在单个样品中依次检测。首先检测萤火虫萤光素酶,将萤光素酶检测试剂 II(Luciferase Assay Reagent II,LAR II)加入样品中,产生的光信号至少持续 1 分钟。定量萤火虫萤光强度后,再在同一个样品中加入 Stop & Glo® 试剂,将上述反应终止,同时启动海肾萤光素酶反应。使用带有试剂自动注射器的发光检测仪,可在 4 秒内完成两个检测。在 DLR™ 检测系统中,两个报告基因产生的线性检测的灵敏度均可达埃摩尔级(<10-18),在实验宿主细胞内均无内源活性。而且 DLR™ 检测的一体化模式既可快速定量检测转染细胞,也可用于快速定量检测无细胞转录/ 翻译反应体系中的两个报告基因。
